The data were entered prospectively. We conducted a traditional keyword-based and citation-based search. The main searched databases were PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science. The data extraction was conducted according to the Checklist for critical appraisal and data extraction for systematic reviews of prediction modelling studies – prognostic factors (DOI: 10.1371/journal.pmed.1001744). We use the QUality In Prognostic factor Studies (QUIPS) tool for the risk of bias assessment (DOI: 10.7326/0003-4819-158-4-201302190-00009).
