Clinic-based individual physical therapy exercise	12 sessions (approximately 60 min) of exercise supervised by physical therapists over 12 wks
Community-based exercise group	2 exercise classes/week for 3 mo, for a total of 24 classes (approximately 60 min) taught by certified senior fitness instructors.
